1. Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within Melbourne and Ballarat and surrounding areas within a 25km radius. For deliveries outside this radius, please contact us directly to inquire about availability and additional charges.
2. Fixed Delivery Fee: A fixed delivery fee of $300 applies to all deliveries within Melbourne and Ballarat and surrounding areas within a 25km radius. This fee covers transportation costs, handling, and delivery to your specified address.
3. Delivery Timeframe: Upon receipt of your order and deposit paid, our team will make contact with you and a Work Order will be emailed for your written approval. Upon approval, your order will commence to production with a lead time of approx. 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise arranged in advanced by mutual agreement. The timeframe of production and delivery will also be subject to any changes requested by you and/or any delays caused beyond our control. Once your order is approx. 3-5 days to completion, we will make contact with you to schedule in a delivery time convenient for you, at which time, we will require payment of the balance prior to delivery.
4. Delivery Process: Our delivery team will transport your furniture to your specified delivery address within the designated timeframe. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled timeframe.
5. Delivery Conditions:
- Ground Floor Access: Our standard delivery service includes ground floor access only. If your delivery location requires access to higher floors or additional assistance, please inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
- Easy Access: Please ensure that the delivery path is clear and accessible to our delivery team. Any obstacles or impediments may cause delays or difficulties in completing the delivery.
6. Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, our team will request your confirmation to acknowledge receipt of the items. Please inspect the delivered goods carefully and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
